Their mom was cooking, went to put fish in her soup, before she returned, they were taken– Elizabeth Revealed

A heartbreaking protest rocked the town of Agbarho in Ugheli North, Delta State, as women and community members cried out over the disappearance of 26 children. The missing children, most between the ages of 3 and 10, vanished in strange and troubling ways, leaving families in deep pain and fear.

Grieving mothers marched through the streets, holding placards that read “Stop Stealing Our Children” and “We Want Justice.” Many believe these children may have been abducted and possibly trafficked. During an interview with News Central TV, Madam Elizabeth, a community spokesperson, explained how the matter reached the attention of the Delta State Governor. He sent the local government chairman and others to meet with the town’s traditional ruler, and the women were called to the palace to share what had happened.

Elizabeth said they quickly gathered a few of the affected mothers and went to the palace. “The women said they had reported to the police, and the police only told them they would be informed if anyone brought back a child,” she added.

She revealed that the disappearances began around March, causing growing fear in the town. “One person would cry today, and before we finished looking for that child, another would go missing,” she said.

One of the saddest cases involved twins. “Their mom was cooking,” Elizabeth recalled, “she went to put fish in her soup, and before she returned, the two children who were playing had been taken.”

Now, the community is demanding answers and the safe return of their children.
