Kofoworola Bucknor Akerele is a politician, Journalist and former Deputy Governor of Lagos State born on the 30th of April 1939. She was the deputy governor of Lagos between 1999 and November 2003. Kofoworola Bucknor resigned as the Deputy Governor of Lagos when Tinubu was the Governor of Lagos State in 2003 after Asiwaju’s first term.
