BREAKING NEWS: Reason Why Car Tyres Are Black And Cannot Be Any Other Colour

Have you ever wondered why all car tires are black and not red, blue, or even white? Interestingly, tyres weren’t always black. Carbon black is a fine powder made from burning hydrocarbons and is mixed with rubber to dramatically increase its strength and durability. Without it, tyres would wear out very quickly, especially from the heat and friction caused by road contact Black tyres are also better at absorbing UV rays and dissipating heat, which prevents them from cracking or aging too fast. The color also hides dirt, oil, and grime, making maintenance easier.
