Popular American actor, Joe Marinelli, known for his roles in ‘The Morning Show’, is dead.
Naija News learnt that the wife of the actor, Jean Marinelli, confirmed Joe’s passing to the Hollywood Reporter.
Joe Marinelli reportedly died last Sunday at age 68 after a long battle with throat and stomach cancer.
Mourning the deceased, his colleague, Mark Duplass, in a social media post, wrote, “We have lost a great one. Joe Marinelli lived in the rare air.
“He was a generous performer, beautiful human, wide-eyed positivist. I will miss him dearly. I will try to live my life a bit more like his. We all should”.
In other news, Nigerian music legend, Daddy Showkey, has revealed how Fuji musician, Alabi Pasuma, helped him during a difficult period.
The singer revealed during his recent live performance at a celebrity event that Pasuma fed his family for three years.
He made the revelation when the Fuji Legend joined him on stage. Daddy Showkey explained that Pasuma was the only friend who came through for him when he had an accident in 2007.
Narrating the incident, he disclosed that the fatal accident left him in the hospital for 3 years, and Pasuma was the one who took over his family responsibilities.
While describing Pasuma as his only friend in the industry, he stated that many of his friends and colleagues refused to help him even when he visited their houses after the incident.
