Popular Nigerian singer Falz has revealed why he thinks that having a premarital affair is not a sin, while also stating his present religion after making it clear that he is no longer a Christian.

In a video that was posted on the official YouTube channel of Arise News TV during an interview, he made it known that he is no longer a Christian, saying that he now practices the religion of Love, where having a premarital affair is not a sin to them.

When asked why he said fornication isn’t a sin, he said, “I didn’t even read the tweet and just assumed, I just meant according to Christianity, and I wasn’t really speaking from that perspective. I strictly looked at the issue of fornication, and I wondered why we are not allowed to engage in premarital intercourse because it’s something that has to do with two unmarried people who are willing to do it, so I don’t think that should be an issue. I’m not a Christian anymore, I practice the religion of love, and fornication isn‘t a sin to us.”
